you have to have an exam because the contacts are fitted to your eyes even though they are not for vision correction. Using anything without the exam could result in damage to the eye and eyesight. best bet is to just go to the vision center at wal mart its like 90 bucks and the contacts are about 20 a box, and the measurements are good for a year. To get anything off the internet and then stick it in your eye would just be dumb.
I wouldn’t trust any online websites, they do not have any regulations or people to approve them so they can be made cheap and actually be dangerous to your eyes! It’s technically illegal for websites to sell contacts.
Your best bet would be to order them from an eye doctor. If you’re wanting quality colored contacts I would also not go for the cheaper ones, my boyfriend ordered a pair before and they came looking very pixelated, which is sadly common for contacts ordered on the internet.
