Can you wear colored contacts with contact lenses?

I currently wear contact lenses (the clear ones) to improve my vision. I want to know if I can wear contact lenses. Do they improve your vision as well? Or Would I have to wear my glasses if I wear them? Or do I put the colored and clear ones at the same time?

Thanks in advance.

Just ask for prescription coloured lenses. Otherwise you will have to wear your glasses over them. Ha ha, dont even think about putting the coloured over the clear ones.

some places make lenses that are both coloured and improve your vision, but they are quiet expensive! otherwise you will have to wear your glasses. :)
what colour are you planning on getting?

lol how cute. I think you should only wear one pair that is colored with prescription, the colored lenses can also come in your prescription and does not affect your sight what so ever,

what? Well. I’m wearing non-colored contacts right now. I have colored ones and non colored ones (clear). There are colored contact lens that’ll still improve your vision. Just like non colored contacts, colored contacts will simprove your vision. You do not need to wear your glasses while wearing your contacts whether its colored or not. You can’t wear 2 contacts at the same time.

You should get colored prescription ones.
